About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle medium to large projects for a line of business with regional or national scope
  • Recommend policy and procedural changes
  • Develop measurement criteria and project plans, including cost and resource estimates
  • Work with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies for change and improvement
  • Analyze current-state processes, operations, procedures, and workflows to identify pain points and develop potential solutions
  • Build business cases for improvement recommendations and drive implementation execution
  • Coordinate defined project tasks, track deliverables and statuses, and measure progress against success measures
  • Partner with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams
  • Maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, communicate updates, and escalate issues
  • Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Leverage business knowledge to identify improvement opportunities and support change execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two+ years of project management experience handling medium to large projects
  • Minimum one year of commercial lending experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • JIRA knowledge desired
  • Ability to analyze processes, operations, procedures, and workflows
  • Risk management knowledge
  • Data management skills
  • Strong active listening, attention to detail, collaboration, critical thinking, written and oral communication, decision-making, influence, prioritization, problem-solving, adaptability, customer and client focus, and emotional intelligence skills
