About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle medium to large projects for a Line of Business with regional or national scope
  • Recommend policy and procedural changes
  • Develop measurement criteria and project plans, including cost and resource estimates
  • Work with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies for project-related change and improvements
  • Analyze current-state processes, operations, procedures, and workflows to identify pain points
  • Build business cases for improvement recommendations and drive implementation execution
  • Coordinate defined project tasks, track deliverables and statuses, and measure progress against success measures
  • Partner with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams
  • Maintain relationships with client stakeholders, communicate updates, and escalate issues
  • Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support change execution
  • Provide analytical support for internal control discipline and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience within Operations or related work experience
  • 2+ years managing several projects in large-scale programs, payment transformation and/or centralized reporting
  • Knowledge of contact centers or operations environments
  • Strong Fraud business acumen
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to drive client experience or operational performance improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
  • Proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools, such as Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and articulate issues clearly and concisely
  • Coordination and organization skills, meeting facilitation, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume area
  • Accuracy and completeness in all tasks and follow-up
  • Ability to work independently and partner with teammates
  • Ability to make decisions and act on them
  • Highly motivated and flexible
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Desired: 1+ years of Retail Banking experience
  • Desired: 2+ years of Consulting experience
  • Proven ability to establish and develop interpersonal relationships and collaborate with multiple organizational levels, cross-functional teams, and across multiple work locations
  • Operational process, content inventory management, or workflow design experience
  • Issue management experience, including identifying, diagnosing, escalating, and resolving production issues
  • Control background and process-oriented experience
