About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for releases, business as usual, and enterprise initiatives
Own test planning and approvals, execution oversight, status and reporting, change control coordination, site scheduling, and deployment/post-install validation
Coordinate testing initiatives and core functionality testing with User Acceptance Testers, production operations, Line of Business contacts, and project resources
Provide technology partners with artifacts for Base support user configuration updates to the operational workflow application
Support implementation of products/services and operational solutions and perform postproduction validation
Attend project roadmap calls, review project information, and determine testing needs based on project scope
Execute tests and communicate results to front-line units, support partners, and management
Create test plans and UAT scripts, and escalate testing defects
Provide strong risk management oversight of the operations area
Analyze current-state processes, operations, procedures, and workflows to identify pain points and develop solutions
Coordinate project tasks, track deliverables and statuses, and measure progress against success measures
Partner with operations management to provide project direction and guidance
Maintain stakeholder relationships, communicate updates, and escalate issues
Perform risk management activities and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Identify improvement opportunities and support change execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced knowledge of high-speed roll to roll printing and insertion equipment
Advanced knowledge of Print and Finish Software Solution (PFSS) automated document factory workflow application or similar software
2 years’ experience in change management
Working knowledge of Octane
Working knowledge of Jira
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication abilities
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications
Flexibility to work off-shift hours/days as required by the business
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (desired qualification)
