About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for releases, business as usual, and enterprise initiatives
  • Own test planning and approvals, execution oversight, status and reporting, change control coordination, site scheduling, and deployment/post-install validation
  • Coordinate daily testing initiatives and core functionality testing
  • Coordinate testing activities with User Acceptance Testers, production operations, Line of Business contacts, and project resources
  • Provide technology partners with artifacts for Base support user configuration updates
  • Support implementation of products/services and operational solutions
  • Perform postproduction validation
  • Attend project roadmap calls and determine testing needs based on project scope
  • Execute tests and communicate results to front line units, support partners, and management
  • Create test plans and UAT scripts and escalate testing defects
  • Provide strong risk management oversight of the operations area
  • Analyze current-state processes, operations, procedures, and workflows to identify pain points and solutions
  • Coordinate project tasks, track deliverables and statuses, and measure progress
  • Establish stakeholder relationships, communicate updates, and escalate issues
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support change execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced knowledge of high-speed roll to roll printing and insertion equipment
  • Advanced knowledge of Print and Finish Software Solution (PFSS) automated document factory workflow application or similar software
  • 2 years’ experience in change management
  • Working knowledge of Octane
  • Working knowledge of Jira
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications
  • Flexibility to work off-shift hours/days as required by the business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (desired)
