About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team and mentor Delivery Leads aligned to a technology portfolio
Manage and improve portfolio operations and governance processes
Escalate and resolve risks and roadblocks quickly
Build relationships with business and technology executives, Compliance, and Risk
Define the portfolio vision and roadmap aligned to strategic goals
Provide portfolio status updates and executive reporting on outcomes, delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
Manage portfolio financials, Profit and Loss (P&L), and performance
Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
Define and lead governance for application health, controls, technology hygiene, and enterprise compliance
Advise senior leaders on portfolio health, systemic risks, strategic priorities, and resilience
Lead responses to enterprise assessments, audit requests, and critical control deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of project, program, or portfolio management experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
Strong understanding of application delivery, application management, and the software development lifecycle
Experience influencing senior executives and driving accountability across a large, matrixed organization
Ability to translate portfolio data, risks, and tradeoffs into strategic recommendations and executive decisions
Strong judgment and leadership presence
Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex issues, and lead through influence
Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills
Experience with application governance, technology controls, risk management, or regulatory and audit remediation preferred
Experience shaping governance strategy or operating models for a large technology application portfolio preferred
Experience developing executive-level portfolio insights, performance measures, and improvement roadmaps preferred
