About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acquire new clients and deepen existing client relationships
Build internal and external networks to achieve business development goals
Lead the Client Management Process within the client team
Partner across the enterprise to deliver a Branded Client Experience
Provide access to Private Bank and bank capabilities and services tailored to client needs
Ensure client retention
Source new clients within the bank's established risk appetite
Lead the client team in delivering meaningful interactions
Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy
Provide integrated recommendations covering wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management
Encourage adoption of digital capabilities
Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, or Series 7 and 66; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent financial services/business experience
Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets)
Ability to present clients with a holistic approach leveraging the entire Private Bank platform
High touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
Recognizes opportunities for client engagement and proactively acts upon them
Ability to influence; proactively asks for and closes business
Solutions oriented; sales and financial aptitude
Skilled negotiator
Ability to identify the need for team specialists and collaborate closely with team members
Leadership role on the team and within the business community
Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
SAFE Act registration and required SAFE Act background check for residential mortgage loan origination responsibilities
