About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including market research, competitor analysis, pricing, strategy development, modernization opportunities, customer experience, and Product Risk Management policy adherence
  • Integrate product management efforts with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies
  • Support Consumer Deposits business performance routines and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop executive presentations, leadership communications, discussion materials, and strategic recommendations
  • Translate complex business topics into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership
  • Partner across Product, Digital, Marketing, Channels, Fraud, Risk, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across teams and initiatives in a highly matrixed environment
  • Support business planning, operating reviews, leadership routines, and strategic initiatives
  • Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, and recommendations for investment and prioritization decisions
  • Evaluate market developments, industry trends, client expectations, and competitive dynamics
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions and advance business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leaders and help drive action against business priorities
  • Create product development and deployment plans, including sales training programs and marketing materials
  • Manage product financials, investment profiles, revenue, profit margins, and P&L activities
  • Manage risk by implementing and monitoring effective controls
  • Obtain market, client, and competitor insights to develop products and support adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Strategy, Business Management, Consulting, Financial Services, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or a related discipline
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills, including executive-level materials and leadership communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive and senior leadership audiences
  • Strong storytelling abilities and experience developing executive narratives
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable business recommendations
  • Ability to connect insights, business priorities, stakeholder perspectives, client needs, and market trends into strategic recommendations
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong relationship management skills across Product, Digital, Marketing, Channels, Fraud, Risk, Operations, and Finance organizations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a growth mindset
