About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of small to medium-sized product-related projects from initiation through implementation
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk logs
- Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other partner teams
- Create plans for product development and deployment, including sales training programs and marketing materials
- Oversee products and maintain financials, including investment profiles and P&L activities
- Provide product trend information to sales and marketing teams
- Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings
- Manage risk by implementing and monitoring effective controls
- Partner with stakeholders to develop products that solve client needs and achieve high adoption rates
- Build end-to-end product delivery maps across BB, GCB, and GCIB clients through Enterprise Credit
- Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including market research, competitor analysis, pricing, strategy, product modernization, customer experience, and Product Risk Management policy adherence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of project management or related experience (84 months)
- Familiarity with Visio or similar software
- Experience and understanding of Commercial lending
- Knowledge in market analysis/research focus and in-depth knowledge of products
- Experience with International lending and / or international credit delivery
- Bachelor’s degree (desired qualification)
- Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America
- 40 hours per week
