About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and strategic direction
  • Communicate the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners, and teams
  • Oversee budgets for one or more products, including personnel and non-personnel expenses
  • Define business capabilities and align them to products or create new products
  • Ensure product availability by partnering with demand and capacity teammates
  • Develop business cases for new products and additional features
  • Partner with product owners and teams to maximize value through technology expertise and business and industry understanding
  • Establish target outcomes with stakeholders and leaders
  • Build relationships with business and technology leaders, Compliance, and Risk across multiple organizations
  • Coordinate and facilitate program routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration, dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal
  • Provide status updates on outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensure execution aligns with target outcomes
  • Ensure work complies with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 2+ years focused on cloud
  • Experience integrating compute platforms into new or greenfield data center environments
  • Proven experience leading strategic platform modernization initiatives, from architecture design through build, validation, and production rollout
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Knowledge of cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices
