About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maximize the value of one or more products
  • Work with stakeholders to understand needs and collaborate with product managers or specialists on priorities
  • Generate and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business or technology strategy
  • Ensure delivery of products meeting client expectations for features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines, and costs
  • Drive alignment across strategic priorities, product investments, and lifecycle decisions
  • Evaluate product applicability and manage risk
  • Develop retirement, remediation, modernization, or ownership strategies
  • Support CTI’s transition from a reactive End of Life model to a proactive Technology Currency program
  • Establish accountability for previously unmanaged products and enable sustainable lifecycle management
  • Prioritize and create work for cross-functional teams
  • Create, prioritize, and refine product backlog stories
  • Review and accept stories and make scope and requirements decisions
  • Partner with teams to optimize value through technology and business subject-matter expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years of experience in technology environments
  • Proven ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills across stakeholders without direct authority
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage complex governance and remediation initiatives
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering business outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and develop practical, risk-based solutions
  • Experience facilitating governance forums, working sessions, executive reviews, and remediation discussions
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technology Manager, or Technology Governance Lead
  • Knowledge of Technology Currency, End of Life (EOL), Asset Management, or Infrastructure Lifecycle programs
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise technology organizations
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar product management tools
  • Experience leading operating model transformations, process redesign efforts, or enterprise risk reduction programs
