About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and execute Claims Client Communication strategies and letter-related changes requiring research and Legal/Risk/Compliance edits
  • Partner with Claims site leaders and process owners on assessments, coordination efforts, and rollouts
  • Define program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders
  • Develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for change initiatives
  • Track program milestones and statuses, develop program plans, and measure progress against KPIs
  • Analyze and overcome program risks and produce reports for managers and stakeholders
  • Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and lead decision-making for effective resolution
  • Provide transparency into project issues and decisions, build stakeholder relationships, uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and make recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Claims, Complaints, Project and/or Correspondence experience
  • Thorough knowledge of enterprise product/channel or front/back-office operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to research and resolve complex day-to-day problems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and cohesively in a team setting
  • Strong initiative and independent judgment
  • Ability to lead and coordinate complex projects, including assessments, communication plans, rollouts, meeting facilitation, and materials preparation
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Claims, client communications, project, and/or risk/control/compliance experience desired
