Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support programs and projects for corporate change initiatives impacting how the bank does business, provides products or services, or executes functions
  • Assist department managers with critical change initiatives
  • Communicate, influence, and negotiate vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources
  • Deliver regulatory and executive materials and align results with program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities
  • Define program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working
  • Partner with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timing
  • Track program milestones and statuses, develop program plans, and measure progress against KPIs
  • Analyze and mitigate program risks and produce reports for managers and stakeholders
  • Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Coordinate risk and opportunity resolution across multiple projects
  • Provide stakeholders with transparency into project issues and decisions and make recommendations
  • Maintain and enhance benchmarking dashboards comparing Bank of America performance against peer banks and industry benchmarks
  • Analyze dashboard trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Coordinate monthly benchmarking and peer bank meetings
  • Manage Auriemma survey requests, including response collection, validation, submission, and participant distribution
  • Analyze survey results and prepare quarterly executive summaries
  • Lead and support peer bank forums on Claims, Digital Banking, Card, and Check topics
  • Maintain relationships with peer institutions
  • Monitor, research, and summarize emerging industry trends, fraud developments, and operational best practices
  • Participate in industry engagement sessions with Visa and Mastercard and communicate updates
  • Maintain peer group membership and participant lists
  • Manage the team's Confluence site
  • Partner with leadership in weekly review meetings
  • Track meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and follow-up on commitments and deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills at all levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver against objectives
  • Comfort with basic analytics, including pulling reports, identifying trends, and turning data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while working cohesively in a team setting
  • Strong initiative and independent judgment
  • Ability to lead and coordinate complex projects, including assessments, communication plans, rollouts, meeting facilitation, and materials preparation
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with process design (desired)
  • Experience with strategy planning and development (desired)
  • Ability to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy if selected
  • 40 hours per week
