About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support execution of Client Protection's portfolio management operating rhythm, including recurring forums, governance activities, stakeholder meetings, and reporting routines
  • Track and coordinate follow-up actions, dependencies, and commitments across stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, portfolio updates, status reports, and other leadership materials
  • Develop and maintain portfolio trackers, dashboards, and reporting artifacts
  • Gather, organize, and validate information from business, technology, analytics, and governance partners
  • Support AI and modeling forums by coordinating materials, meeting logistics, outcomes, and follow-up actions
  • Capture meeting notes and prepare summaries, action items, and minutes
  • Coordinate routine stakeholder engagement and day-to-day portfolio activities
  • Apply project and portfolio management practices to planning, execution, issue tracking, dependency management, and delivery oversight
  • Identify emerging risks, execution challenges, and process gaps; escalate issues and support resolution
  • Support continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, reporting frameworks, and operating routines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, project management, portfolio management, operations, or a related field
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to independently drive follow-up actions and coordinate across stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing meeting notes, executive summaries, and status updates
  • Experience maintaining trackers, reports, dashboards, or portfolio management artifacts
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and source information from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Interest in AI, analytics, data science, and deployment of analytical capabilities
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data science, or advanced analytics concepts
  • Experience creating executive presentations and business communications
  • Experience working within regulated environments or large enterprise organizations
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, governance, reporting, or project management methodologies
  • Exposure to Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies
