About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness
- Partner with the business to develop plans to sustain change
- Evaluate current methods and develop strategies to implement changes and project improvements
- Oversee projects and use appropriate tools to drive completion
- Serve as a secondary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives
- Track deliverables and statuses, develop project plans, and measure progress against key performance indicators
- Lead project and remediation requirement documentation based on identified gaps and controls
- Plan and organize projects using technology, change management, risk, and issue management tools
- Navigate Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology and Risk, to facilitate decision-making and resolution
- Support adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and assess adoption risks
- Develop, maintain, and report on integrated delivery plans; raise risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues
- Capture current-state operational workflows, data provenance, decision points, and exception handling for Retail Credit Operations
- Engage operational subject matter experts and document workflows to a common syntax and methodology
- Establish a data-focused foundation for downstream normalization, capability alignment, and horizontal technology design
Requirements
What you’ll need- Maps workflows and data from upstream sources through downstream outputs
- Proficient in Visio or similar process mapping software
- Proficient with Microsoft products including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong collaboration skills and strategic thinking
- 40 hours per week
- 1st shift in the United States of America
