About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and support employees through onboarding, core programs, and upskill programs
  • Identify effective behaviors and implement management routines and tools/resources to ensure Academy accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with leadership to drive employee development and increase speed to proficiency
  • Deliver virtual and in-person skill development, practice sessions, simulator workshops, knowledge assessments, and one-on-one coaching
  • Deliver onboarding, core, and/or upskill Academy programs, including assessments, practice pods, call calibration sessions, practice sessions, and simulator workshops
  • Identify behavior and proficiency gaps, develop action plans, and coach participants to complete training programs and achieve milestones
  • Manage program outreach, coordination, logistics, communications, calendar planning, escalations, and technology access
  • Partner with Academy content design teammates to provide feedback on content, curriculum, and programs
  • Enforce internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes to support risk culture
  • Conduct post-program completion checkpoints to assess participant understanding and accelerate proficiency or reduce learning curves
  • Participate in Line of Business leadership routines and initiatives, providing feedback on teammate development and program updates
  • Oversee 25+ employees throughout their new-hire learning experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Wealth Management experience, including proven ability to coach and develop employees driving proficiency and performance in a client-centric environment
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licensed
  • Proven ability to diagnose root cause/skill gaps and develop and execute effective performance action plans to build skill/knowledge
  • Demonstrated problem solving, strong follow-up skills, and ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation, and active listening
  • Comfortable with virtual training and technology
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (desired)
  • Financial Advisor experience preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy if selected
