About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with the Regional Business Development Officer
  • Solicit new business from established sources
  • Design and implement appropriate sales programs for clients
  • Collect and prepare financial packages for underwriting approval
  • Close loans
  • Package transactions for underwriting and provide specialized financing solutions to select small business owners
  • Build and deepen client relationships based on financial needs and goals
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience focused on helping clients build, grow, and expand their business
  • Interact with multiple departments to support clients in closing loans
  • Manage the backlog of prospecting clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with PC applications
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
