About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines
- Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Must be able to work at any financial center location within a reasonable commuting distance
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance (desired qualification)
- Must adhere to applicable laws and regulations
