About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service banking resources
  • Assist clients with mobile banking, online banking, and ATM transactions
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
  • Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
  • Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with laws and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
  • Ability to travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
  • Six months of cash handling experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
