Engage clients in the lobby and educate them about self-service resources
Assist clients with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients
Effective and confident communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
Desired: six months of cash handling experience
Desired: Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
