About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities
- Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build and nurture strong relationships
- Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients' financial lives
- Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on self-service technologies such as ATM, online banking, and mobile banking
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to laws and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions (desired)
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (desired)
- Six months of cash handling experience (desired)
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance (desired)
