About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
- Train at one financial center and potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance based on business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results

- Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Effective and confident communication skills

- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, potentially at any financial center within a reasonable commuting distance
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
