Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
  • Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
  • Connect clients with solutions aligned with their financial goals
  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
  • Build client relationships to meet financial needs
  • Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
  • Partner with small-business, lending, and investment experts to expand business knowledge and networks
  • Manage financial-center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building ability
  • Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
  • Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service transactions
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with laws and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
  • Six months of cash-handling experience preferred
  • Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree in business management, business administration, or finance preferred
