Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results

  • Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
  • Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Effective and confident communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service transactions
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
  • Minimum high school diploma, GED, secondary school credential, or equivalent
  • Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
  • Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Desired: six months of cash handling experience
  • Desired: bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree in business management, business administration, or finance
  • Desired: bilingual Spanish skills, written and verbal
