About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service banking resources
- Assist clients with mobile banking, online banking, ATM, and other transactions
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build client relationships to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, GED, secondary school or equivalent required
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify solutions based on client needs
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions desired
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals desired
- Six months of cash handling experience desired
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree desired
