Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results

  • Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
  • Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Effective and confident communication skills

  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
  • Spanish bilingual ability highly desired
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions desired
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals desired
  • Six months of cash handling experience desired
  • Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree in business management, business administration, finance, or a related field desired
