About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
Build client relationships to meet financial needs
Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts to grow business knowledge and networks
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
Drive the client experience
Manage cash responsibilities
Train at one financial center and potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance based on business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
Effective and confident communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Results-focused while acting in the client’s best interest
Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
Six months of cash handling experience
Bilingual Spanish highly desired
Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance (highly desired)
