  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, ATM, and other self-service resources
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
  • Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs

  • Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations

  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
  • May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Six months of cash handling experience preferred as a desired qualification
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred as a desired qualification
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions preferred as a desired qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred as a desired qualification
