Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand financial and life priorities
Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
Drive the client experience
Manage cash responsibilities

What you’ll need

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and client engagement skills
Desired: Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
Desired: One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
Desired: Six months of cash handling experience
Desired: Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
