Key responsibilities & impact

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, ATMs, and other self-service resources
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities
Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank's risk culture and pursue operational excellence
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
Drive the client experience
Manage cash responsibilities
Train at one financial center and potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance based on business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
Effective and confident communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions

Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
Ability to work at any financial center within a reasonable commuting distance
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Preferred: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
Preferred: one year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
Preferred: six months of cash-handling experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
