Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results

  • Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients
  • Effective and confident communication skills

  • Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Six months of cash handling experience desired
  • One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment desired
  • Experience and knowledge in financial services desired
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree desired
