Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
Conduct deep client conversations to understand financial and life priorities
Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
Drive the client experience
Manage cash responsibilities

What you’ll need

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Strong work ethic and intense focus on results
Effective collaboration and relationship-building abilities
Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
Effective and confident communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
Must be able to work at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions preferred
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
Six months of cash handling experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree preferred
