About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and networks
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
- Train at one financial center and potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance based on business needs and applicable law
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results

- Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
- Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients
- Effective and confident communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service transactions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Results-focused approach while acting in clients’ best interests
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance is desired
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals is desired
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions is desired
- Subject to FDIC/loan Originator hiring restrictions related to specified criminal history
