Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
Drive the client experience
Manage cash responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
Effective and confident communication; comfort engaging all clients

Ability to educate clients on simple banking transactions through ATM, online banking, and mobile banking
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with laws and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including scheduling at any financial center within a reasonable commuting distance
Bilingual Spanish
Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions (desired)
One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (desired)
Six months of cash handling experience (desired)
Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance (desired)
