Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and capacity efficiently
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
  • Must adhere to applicable laws and regulations
  • FDIC/loan Originator hiring restrictions apply
  • Desired: Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
  • Desired: One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Desired: Six months of cash handling experience
  • Desired: Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
