Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, ATM, and other self-service resources
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities
Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
Follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
Drive the client experience
Manage cash responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives
Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on simple banking transactions through ATM, online banking, and mobile banking
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including scheduling at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
Six months of cash handling experience
Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance (desired qualifications)
