About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service banking resources
- Assist clients with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and operational excellence standards
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Partner with small-business, lending, and investment experts
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
- Train at one financial center and potentially move to another nearby location based on business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
- Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
- Confidence identifying client solutions based on needs
- Effective and confident communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service transactions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree in business management, business administration, or finance is highly desired
- Spanish bilingual ability is highly desired
