Engage clients in the lobby and educate them about self-service banking resources
Assist clients with mobile banking, online banking, and ATM transactions
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
Build client relationships to meet financial needs
Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts to grow business knowledge and networks
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
Effective and confident communication; comfort engaging all clients
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service transactions
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow established processes and applicable laws and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
Bilingual Spanish highly desired
Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
Six months of cash handling experience
Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree in business management, business administration, or finance
