About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby
- Educate and assist clients with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities
- Connect clients to solutions aligned with their financial goals
- Execute the bank's risk culture and operational excellence standards
- Build client relationships to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes and applicable laws and regulations
- Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- Korean required
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships
- Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients' financial lives
- Confident identifying solutions for new and existing clients
- Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Follows established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including possible scheduling at any financial center within a reasonable distance
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent required
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
- Six months of cash handling experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
