Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual Russian required
Strong work ethic and focus on results
Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships
Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients
Effective and confident communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
Must be able to travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
Desired: six months of cash handling experience
Desired: Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
