Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results

  • Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Effective and confident communication skills

  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including scheduling at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • Spanish required
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree is a desired qualification
