Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent (minimum education requirement)
Bilingual Spanish
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and focus on results
Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
Effective and confident communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Efficient time and capacity management
Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions (desired)
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (desired)
Six months of cash handling experience (desired)
Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance (desired)
