Act as a trusted advisor and challenge inefficient practices
Collaborate across business, delivery, and technical teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
Design and enhance operational processes, controls, metrics, and governance practices
Analyze process and performance data to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities
Identify delivery risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities
Gather, prioritize, and manage stakeholder requirements in Jira
Identify automation, simplification, and AI-enabled improvement opportunities
Ensure requirements align with business objectives, stakeholder needs, and process controls
Maintain traceable requirements, workflows, and reporting to support delivery
Monitor execution quality through governance routines, metrics, and performance measures
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for data-driven decision-making
Leverage Jira, workflow tools, and analytics to improve process visibility and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience supporting relationship management, project delivery, or operational execution in a structured business or technology environment
2+ years of hands-on experience performing data analysis and reporting, including manipulation of large or complex datasets
1+ years of direct experience using Jira to manage end-to-end requirements lifecycles
Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
Knowledge of process design, controls, governance, and risk management practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Experience in relationship management, process improvement, governance, operations, or technology delivery
Strong requirements management and Jira expertise
