Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Relationship Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to manage requirements and oversee execution quality
  • Act as a trusted advisor and challenge inefficient practices

  • Design and enhance operational processes, controls, metrics, and governance practices
  • Analyze process and performance data to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities

  • Gather, prioritize, and manage requirements in Jira
  • Identify automation, simplification, and AI-enabled improvement opportunities
  • Ensure requirements align with business objectives, stakeholder needs, and process controls
  • Maintain traceable requirements, workflows, and reporting
  • Monitor execution quality through governance routines, metrics, and performance measures
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for data-driven decision-making
  • Leverage Jira, workflow tools, and analytics to improve process visibility and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience supporting relationship management, project delivery, or operational execution in a structured business or technology environment
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience performing data analysis and reporting, including manipulation of large or complex datasets
  • 1+ years of direct experience using Jira to manage end-to-end requirements lifecycles
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of process design, controls, governance, and risk management practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Experience with relationship management, process improvement, governance, operations, or technology delivery
  • Strong requirements management and Jira expertise
