About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Risk Analysis Specialists
- Develop, execute, and enhance reporting to help Risk and business partners identify and manage risk
- Manage analysis of trends, portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics
- Serve as liaison between data, technology, and reporting teams across multiple Risk functions and lines of business
- Oversee development and delivery of executive reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven insights
- Design and implement data models, SQL-based solutions, analytical frameworks, and reporting processes
- Manage database production processes and performance reports for senior management using data mining and advanced analytical techniques
- Respond to complex ad-hoc information requests from internal and external parties
- Lead cross-functional efforts to remediate data quality issues
- Promote governance and control practices and monitor relevant systems and outputs
- Drive continuous improvement, process automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and operational efficiency
- Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, risk partners, and technology teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, including Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in risk analysis, data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related risk management functions
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong workload management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands, align resources, and deliver results
- Experience managing performance, driving engagement, and fostering professional development
- Critical thinking connecting business processes, controls, data, technology, and risk outcomes
- Sound judgment balancing business priorities, risk considerations, and stakeholder needs
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Advanced SQL and business intelligence expertise, including data extraction, transformation, analysis, and optimization across large and complex datasets
- Advanced Tableau and visualization capabilities
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality, governance, lineage, analytical controls, and reporting processes
- Experience managing analytical delivery across multiple data sources, reporting platforms, and stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with Bank-approved AI tools and responsible AI use
- Skills in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Issue Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Business Acumen, Continuous Improvement, Risk Analytics, Stakeholder Management, Technical Documentation, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Data and Trend Analysis, Performance Management, and Regulatory Relations
- Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America, 40 hours per week
