About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support data and technology requests, complex reporting and analysis, and modeling to manage risk and minimize credit and operating losses
  • Review and analyze portfolio trends
  • Support development of complex databases or queries to extract data
  • Support production of data for internal and external reporting
  • Work with Technology to implement changes supporting ongoing data needs
  • Support development and execution of reporting for Risk and business partners
  • Analyze portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics
  • Provide analytical support for product strategic initiatives across Risk functions and lines of business
  • Develop database production processes and performance reports for senior management using data mining and advanced analytical techniques
  • Respond to complex ad-hoc information requests from internal and external parties
  • Support cross-functional efforts to remediate data quality issues
  • Monitor control outputs and investigate control-check alerts
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain credit risk data, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
  • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned data and reporting processes, metrics, and business requirements
  • Lead data extraction, transformation, and validation across systems and datasets
  • Design and implement end-to-end reporting processes, control frameworks, and monitoring routines
  • Perform portfolio and trend analysis, identify risk drivers, and communicate actionable insights
  • Partner with technology teams and stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis for reporting issues, data quality concerns, and process breakdowns
  • Support regulatory, governance, audit, and control activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of Reporting/Data Management experience
  • Strong SAS, SQL, Tableau, or other BI tool experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform and enhance data QA, audit-level validations, and governance controls
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting and data solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and independently solve complex business problems
  • Strong understanding of data structures, metrics, and reporting methodologies
  • 40 hours per week
  • Must work 1st shift (United States of America)
