Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Internship, project, research, leadership, or work experience involving analytics, data analysis, process improvement, technology, finance, operations, or risk management
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, business processes, and industry practices
  • Critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and controls
  • Experience or knowledge of data analytics, SQL, automation, AI, GenAI, process analysis, or related technologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders
  • Clear written, verbal, and visual communication skills
