About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business processes, data flows, and operational data to identify data integrity and quality concerns, trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions
- Support process reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use analytical tools, reporting solutions, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and emerging technologies to generate insights
- Support decision-making and communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Support business process, governance, and operational improvement through research, documentation, and analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Internship, project, research, leadership, or work experience involving analytics, data analysis, process improvement, technology, finance, operations, or risk management
- Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, business processes, and industry practices
- Critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving techniques
- Understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and controls
- Experience or capability with data analytics, SQL, automation, AI, GenAI, process analysis, or related technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders
- Clear written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Understanding of business operations, financial concepts, and organizational objectives
