About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide risk analysis and oversight on risk management issues
  • Identify risks and implement measures to prevent and mitigate losses
  • Monitor risk outcomes across credit, market, operational and compliance risk categories
  • Support governance, quality assurance, and operational processes within the Risk Rating Group
  • Coordinate between the Risk Rating Group, business partners, and Enterprise Credit stakeholders
  • Partner with Reporting and Governance Manager and Risk Executives to analyze key risks
  • Prepare committee materials and provide feedback for executive and board-level audiences
  • Coordinate committee logistics and meeting preparation
  • Provide risk analysis and reporting to committees
  • Establish and maintain risk management procedures and standards
  • Manage the Default Validation process end-to-end
  • Monitor performance metrics, service levels, and process outcomes
  • Coordinate resolution of questions, exceptions, and process inquiries
  • Lead Scorecard Quality Assurance and coordinate review activities
  • Analyze QA findings and trends and communicate results to leadership
  • Own Single Process Inventory and Process Owner Portal governance processes
  • Maintain governance tools, attestations, process documentation, procedure guides, operating instructions, and training materials
  • Support process improvements and promote continuous improvement, strong governance, and effective risk management

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience interpreting and documenting business processes and controls
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Experience working in a governance, risk management, operational excellence, or control-focused environment
  • Experience supporting risk management, credit risk, or governance-related functions
  • Familiarity with enterprise process management frameworks, controls, and documentation standards
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and quality review teams
  • Knowledge of risk rating, credit governance, or Enterprise Credit processes
