About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide risk analysis and oversight on risk management issues
  • Identify risks to which the line of business is exposed and support measures to prevent and mitigate losses
  • Monitor risk outcomes and support risk management procedures and standards
  • Support governance, quality assurance, and operational processes within the Risk Rating Group
  • Coordinate between the Risk Rating Group, business partners, and Enterprise Credit stakeholders
  • Drive process transparency and maintain control environments
  • Partner with the Reporting and Governance Manager and Risk Executives to analyze key risks in accordance with governance and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare committee materials and provide feedback for executive- and board-level audiences
  • Coordinate committee logistics and meeting preparation
  • Provide risk analysis and reporting to committees
  • Coordinate governance documentation and reporting needs with line-of-business stakeholders
  • Manage the Default Validation process end-to-end, including review, decisioning, documentation, metrics, exceptions, and inquiries
  • Lead the Scorecard Quality Assurance process and coordinate review activities with Enterprise Credit Quality Review teams
  • Analyze QA findings and trends and communicate results and lessons learned
  • Drive continuous improvement of scorecard governance processes
  • Own Single Process Inventory and Process Owner Portal governance processes
  • Maintain process, activity, control, risk, and supporting documentation in governance tools
  • Coordinate governance updates and attestations
  • Maintain the team’s process documentation inventory
  • Develop procedure guides, operating instructions, governance documentation, and training materials
  • Support process improvements and best practices across the organization

  • Experience supporting risk management, credit risk, or governance-related functions
  • Familiarity with enterprise process management frameworks, controls, and documentation standards
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and quality review teams
  • Knowledge of risk rating, credit governance, or Enterprise Credit processes
  • Ability to recognize credit, market, operational, and compliance risk categories
