About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and support client needs and capabilities in partnership with relationship management and sales support teams
- Support client management teams with sales, referrals, Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, and client retention
- Manage operational and risk components of client relationships, including due diligence, account opening, and customer compliance
- Interact with clients and client teams to identify opportunities supporting team and market goals for client retention, fraud prevention, and revenue growth
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of client onboarding, KYC, and operational risk/compliance data
- Serve as point of contact for account openings/closings and escalated Contact Center issues
- Connect clients with business partners and support teams to resolve service-related issues
- Support Customer Due Diligence processes and AML, money services business, high-risk indicator/industry, and related KYC activities
- Conduct research and analysis to compile sales leads and provide data to client teams and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies and procedures for business/corporate clients
- Strong client focus and direct client contact experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and simultaneously support various priorities
- Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Desired: experience in Financial Center leadership; Commercial Banking relationship management or support; Business Banking relationship management or support; Premier relationship management or support
- Desired: Credit/Treasury sales servicing and/or operations management experience
- 1st shift availability
- 40 hours per week
